Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for returns, including:

Clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us:
Email us at hello@mosstangle.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Prepare Your Return:
Place the item(s) in their original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the Item:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mosstangle.com. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
Restocking Fees (If Applicable)
A restocking fee of $5.00 may apply for certain returns. This will be clearly communicated during the return process.
