Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping, unless otherwise specified or arranged.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
USPS Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days once the order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays experienced by USPS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on USPS standard rates. If free or flat-rate shipping is offered, it will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order is on its way. Use this number to track your package through the USPS website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mosstangle.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with USPS to resolve the issue.
Changes to Shipping Details
If you need to update your shipping address or method after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mosstangle.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
